Maa Ayurvedic is operated by Maa Enterprises, based at Bonomali, Ghosal Lane, Jadu Colony, Near Carmel School, Kolkata – 700034, West Bengal, India. Our business has been serving customers offline since 2020 and is now expanding through our online store.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and promotions may change without prior notice, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Available payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability for the order and delivery location. We do not charge a separate Cash on Delivery fee.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across India. Orders are handed over to our courier and delivery partners after processing.

Delivery time can vary according to destination, courier partner, operational conditions, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our direct control. We therefore do not guarantee a fixed delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted through our standard order process.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted before dispatch and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Please retain the original packaging until you have checked your order and confirmed that it is correct and undamaged.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
